  Choose between a Spectrum Receiver or Xumo Stream Box – with Xumo, you can watch all your
  favorite channels and apps on a single device.

Your current billing rate will continue until the first bill after the agreement goes into effect. Your new
bill will reflect the services your property management has agreed to with Spectrum, as well as any
equipment or services you have outside the agreement.
