Estoppel Requests
Pre-closing – Estoppel requests should be sent to BrandywineEstatesMelbourne@yahoo.com or PO Box 121695, W Melbourne FL 32912-1695. A $200.00 fee must be paid prior to the release of any estoppel information.
Post-closing – A copy of the title and any fees collected at closing on behalf of the Association should be sent to PO Box 121695, W Melbourne FL 32912-1695.
Payments
As a courtesy, monthly statements are mailed to property owners with an outstanding balance. HOA fees are currently $135/month and are due on or before the first of each month in advance. All HOA fees should be sent to:

Tennis Court
A key is required to access the tennis courts. Please contact the Association Secretary at BrandywineEstatesFLSecretary@gmail.com to arrange for a tennis court key.
Trailer/RV Parking
Trailer and RV parking for residents is available on the North end of the stable road. Please contact the Association Secretary at BrandywineEstatesFLSecretary@gmail.com to arrange for a parking spot.
